 1 kilogram of salted cod

 500 grams of potato

 2 carrot units

 2 onion units

 2 egg units

 1 unit of red pepper

 2 units of ripe tomato

 100 grams of olives

 6 tablespoons of olive oil

 Black pepper

 chopped parsley

How to cook cod in the oven:

The oven cod recipe is quite simple. Start by putting the eggs in boiling water, peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Prepare the baking sheet: make a bed with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and a sliced ​​onion. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Over the onion, place the potatoes cut into slices and sprinkled with salt, the tomato in slices, the cod in fillets, the peppers and the eggs cooked in slices as well. Arrange the other sliced ​​onion, sprinkle with parsley, decorate with the olives and drizzle with oil.

Arrange the carrots on the sides of the roasting pan, cover it with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Serve your cod in a hot oven and enjoy!
